Our Signature Milkcake is the heart of Gayatri Sweets — perfected patiently since 1998 in our hometown shop, where generations have grown up loving its taste.
Slow-cooked milk, pure desi ghee, and a time-honoured method come together to create a milkcake that is rich yet balanced, grainy yet melt-in-the-mouth. What truly sets it apart is a subtle, natural crunch of goond (edible gum) — delicately blended to add depth, character, and a uniquely satisfying bite.
