🔄 Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – Gayatri Sweets
At Gayatri Sweets, we prepare and pack all sweets and food products with strict quality and hygiene
standards in accordance with the guidelines of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.
Refunds & Replacements
A refund or replacement will be considered only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, spoiled, or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery, or
- You have received a product different from what you ordered.
To raise a request, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photographs of:
- The product received
- Outer and inner packaging
- Order invoice or confirmation
Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted. All claims are reviewed by our quality team and may also
require confirmation from our delivery partners.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
- Bank or wallet processing may take an additional 2–5 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Customer not available at the time of delivery
- Courier delays due to weather, strikes, or other uncontrollable events
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Minor variations in colour, shape, or taste (natural in handmade sweets)
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed, as preparation begins immediately to ensure freshness.
If you wish to add more items, please place a new order. We may try to ship them together, but it cannot be guaranteed.
